Warranty
We stand by our workmanship, and your Gronell boots have been warranted to be free from defects in construction and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Should you feel we have not upheld the high standard of finish expected of our products our warranty will repair or replace your Gronell boots.
If your Gronell boots need repair or replacement due to a fault in workmanship or materials, simply return your Gronell boots to your Gronell boot retailer with proof of purchase within 12 months of purchase.
Limitations On Warranty:
The warranty on your Gronell boots is limited to the warranty set out above. The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, or damage resulting from abuse, negligence, improper repairs, poor fit, after-purchase alterations and modifications, or if your Gronell boots have been used other than the intended manner.
What Qualifies Under Warranty?
Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Outlined below are examples of, but not limited to, what is not covered by warranty.
- The product is past the normal one-year warranty period.
- Damage caused by chemicals or other foreign body contamination including animal waste, acids, and petroleum products.
- Normal wear and tear, including boots with tears, snags, punctures, burn marks, worn stitching and soles.
- Damage like cuts and abrasions as a result of accident, misuse, or neglect.
- Improper fit and general comfort issues.
- The rapid drying of damp or wet boots too close to a fire, heater, radiator, or direct sunlight.
- Hydrolysis, whereby the boots have dried out and begun to disintegrate or change shape over a long period of time.
- The use of fat or oil on your boots. We highly recommend using boot and leather-specific cleaning and conditioning products from Nikwax on your boots. Please refer to the boot care guide on our website.
- Boots that are not worn for their intended use.
- Acts of God, such as fire or flood damage.
- Items acquired from Gronell from previous warranty claims.
- Product bought second-hand or from unauthorised third-party sellers and marketplaces.

Please use the Contact Us page to notify us of any suspected manufacturer fault in the first instance, including an outline of the issue, pictures of the fault and proof of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns or repairs.
